Did you draw it first with a pencil or whatever, then scanned it, then placed it in photoshop..?

Answers (Yaaay! My first interview!! )
1. Nope. I used Paint Shop Pro 7 for the inking.
2. First on pencil, scanned it and inked it in PSP7. I can submit the sketch if you want
3. In the PSP7 I just used the Bézier Curve to ink.
4. I used the lil' mouse
